  • HOW DO I GET THE LICENSE?

    All of our products are digital. In the case of a product with a serial code (e.g. Operating Systems) this will be sent to the e-mail address provided to us during the payment phase.

  • HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE?

    Purchased software can always be downloaded from the manufacturer's official website. In any case, you will receive the official link in the automatic email immediately after placing the order.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED HELP WITH INSTALLATION?

  • WHERE DO I FIND THE SOFTWARE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS?

    Each product has specific technical requirements that you can find next to the description. If you are not sure if the program you want to buy is compatible with your hardware, don't hesitate to contact our specialized team!

  • PROBLEMS WITH DOWNLOADING OR RUNNING THE PROGRAM?

    If the program doesn't start or stops downloading, check your antivirus settings and make sure your device is connected to the Internet. The problem could also be caused by the browser, so try changing it. If these solutions don't help, contact us!

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PURCHASED PRODUCT?

    After completing the payment, your order should arrive immediately in the mailbox you have provided. Volume licenses or multiple activation keys take 1 to 4 hours to be delivered.
