Only products that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or different from what was ordered are eligible for exchange. Due to the nature of digital keys, once a product has been delivered and activated, it is generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of product defects or incorrect delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Items
Any digital key that has been delivered and used or activated is not eligible for exchange. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchase.

Exchange Process
Requesting an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. All requests must be submitted via email at support@digitalallkeys.com with the following details:

Order number
Reason for exchange
Proof of defect or incorrect product delivery (e.g., screenshot, image)
Verification and Approval
Our team will review your request and may require additional information for verification. Once the request is approved, we will notify you via email with the next steps.

Digital Products
For digital keys, exchanges will be completed by issuing a replacement key once the issue is verified. All digital exchanges are completed within 48 hours of approval.
